Campgrounds are Open

Public Health Officials have relaxed restrictions on County campgrounds. Beginning Friday, June 12, nearly all our campsites that were previously closed due to COVID-19 will now be open – including cabins.

All campers should bring face masks and be prepared to wear them, should they come within 6 feet of another park guest or ranger, per social distancing directives. Customers who are sick or are showing symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.

Our online reservation system is now open to book overnight stays.

The following campgrounds are open:

Agua Caliente County Park and Vallecito County Park are closed for the summer until Labor Day weekend.

We’re thrilled to be able to be able to open some of our most popular park attractions. Building connections with our customers through safe and enjoyable park experiences is at the heart of all we do, and we’ll continue to work behind the scenes, enhancing recreation opportunities while protecting our land and local wildlife.
