Rules & Regulations

The County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation maintains policies for the health and safety of its people, land and wildlife. 

The San Diego County Code of Administrative Ordinances houses rules and regulations and other commitments upheld by the County of San Diego and enforced by County of San Diego personnel.

Title 4 is specific to the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation, with sections that outline General Provisions, Preservation of County Park Features and Public Health and Safety, and Overnight Camping.
