After a decade of celebrating the summertime with film screenings at hundreds of park locales, our program was put to a halt due to COVID-19 measures. While we plan on welcoming our guests back in 2021, we have revamped our program this season so that movie-goers like you can attend our events virtually from the comfort of your own home.
Now introducing: Summer Movies at Home! Our carefully curated virtual program consists of interactive activity kits, bringing our summer movies program straight to your living room or backyard. Every week, we will be sharing new movie titles, complete with themed activities, arts and crafts, and recipes to try out. Movies can be rented or streamed through various platforms and viewed on your TV, tablet, or phone. We encourage you to prop up your lawn chairs, grab your blankets, press play and enjoy the show.
Movies can be viewed at any time, but we’d love to hear from you on the Facebook event page we set up for our movie showings. We will not be streaming live, but we’ll be online and ready to engage on the movie date.
Summer Movies at Home Schedule
The fun doesn’t stop there! We will be holding weekly giveaways, compliments of our title sponsor Rose SD Realty. To be entered, text MOVIE to 474747 before 11:59 p.m. on event day. Your entry will also be rolled into the pool for a grand prize, once the season is over on Aug. 17, 2020.
